Steps of Customization

1. Customer purchases a design consultation (NON-REFUNDABLE).

This service is not for single orders. Bulk orders ONLY of 5 or more jackets).

2. Sorority Supply will schedule a 30 minute design consultation call with customer.

3. Sorority Supply will design the jacket and send over a mock-up design within 5 business days (customer gets up to 5 revisions).

4. If customer chooses to move forward with the design, Sorority Supply requires 4-6 weeks for jacket production and delivery.

5. Jacket prices varies based on material and design.
