2. Use to the link to complete the Custom Consultation Form and Sorority Supply will email you the design based on the information provided. This link is to only be completed after you have purchased the consultation.

3. Customer gets up to 5 design revisions.

4. If customer chooses to move forward with the design, Sorority Supply requires 8-10 weeks for jacket production and delivery.

5. Jacket prices varies based on material and design.
