Return & Refund Policy

At Sorority Supply, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in new, resalable condition with all original tags and packaging.

• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refunds & Store Credit:

• Approved returns will be issued as store credit only.

• Store credit will be provided via email in the form of a digital gift card, which can be used toward any future purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact our team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item(s).

Additional Notes:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
